All GIORMA™ phone cases are made to order. Processing takes 1–3 business days as each design is printed, quality‑checked, and packaged with care.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Every order includes tracking.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted global carriers. Most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your region. Tracking updates are provided from dispatch to delivery.

Customs & Import Fees

Most countries do not charge customs fees for small personal items like phone cases. If your country applies a fee, it is determined by your local customs office and is usually minimal.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost packages are replaced at no cost.
