GIORMA™ phone cases are made to order through our trusted production partners. Each piece is created specifically for your device, which helps us maintain premium quality and reduce waste. Because of this, our return and refund guidelines follow strict print‑on‑demand standards.
Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Printify covers the production cost for these cases, so you will not lose money when the issue is on their end.
Non‑Returnable Situations
Because each item is custom‑made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Wrong phone model ordered

Change of mind

Disliking the design after receiving it

An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

Buyer’s remorse

Minor color variations (normal in print processes)
These situations are not covered by Printify, so refunds would come out of your pocket. This policy protects your business.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong device model, we can help arrange an exchange before production begins. Once production starts, changes cannot be made.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
